DAY TWO

Soccer time with all the campers. First time playing soccer in the rain. I'm really dumb in sports so I was just running here and there trying to snatch the ball and yea I failed. haha. Anyway, I had a lot of fun!

Green team & Orange team started off with Bowling! So my bowling skills suck to the max. And the bowling centre turn out to be like really different from what I expected LOL. Anyway marks were given for our "fleeee'? Some sort of unique styles and ways of playing bowling? We cracked our head and think of all sorts of creative and funny way to get marks. Girls kissing, dancing, dramatic scenes etc. Rofl. haha.

Next stop: Rock Climbing! It was one of the activities after the team building session. I did not snap any photos during that team building game so now let's have a look at the rock climbing and bowling photos. It was my first time trying rock climbing. I was really excited. Looking at the steep walls I was like OMG. Will I manage to reach the top? Well I did! Only for the easier ones. Was struggling half way and felt like giving up. I was really tired holding on the tiny rocks and I couldn't find a way to hold on and continue. At that time I heard someone screaming "Go Wendy! Go' And I suddenly remembered what Rosemary told me, Never give up. Oh well I managed to reach the top at last. It might be a really easy task for someone else but for me it was kinda challenging. I succeed! Happiness overload hehe. thanks guys! Seeing Casey doing so well and managed to conquer like almost all of them. I was really impressed. She's such an expert in sports !

This is a really challenging one! I managed to reach like only half way? I'm really panicked at first cause Casey and I started off with this one. It's pretty hard for me. Casey was really amazing she managed to reach the top like in a really short period! Envyyy*

Wanted to try this one but we're lacking of time. Nevermind, one day I'll come back and reach the top of the ladder! 

So It's already 16th now. Time flies oh my god. I found myself a part time clerk job yet it didn't really help much in releasing my boredom. Life after graduating from high school is really really BORED. Hence, I decided to update my blog about my one whole month in NZ. That amazing one month gave me a memorable seventeen!

So....... Where should I start? Let's start off with The Lions International Youth Camp!

So now have a look this is where we've been staying throughout the whole camp! You can't imagine how messy is my place hahaha.

When I first arrived,it was like really awkward. I don't know all the campers there except for one girl. So it's time to know some new friends. It was really amazing that I get to know people from different countries in the camp. They're so wonderful and I'll never forget them ! I'll never forget when I first arrived in Rotorua, the first two person that I met - Emily & Casey. Actually I've seen them hopping on the same bus as me but I was stuck alone at the back so I didn't get to talk to them. Finally while we're waiting for another 3 girls to arrive,We walked around and started talking. Both of them are from Aussies and they're really lovely. We had chips in one of the shops and we started sharing with each other about our countries.

So everyone was all ready for the opening ceremony. Flags of all the countries had been raised by all the respective campers. We raised the Malaysia flag! hehe

So that's the first day in camp. I was so lucky to be in Orange Team with Casey, Erin, Kelsi , Leah , Isaac, Strawberry, Josue and my awesome team leader GEMMA! :D
